Individual to assist the management team in it's recently opened new state of the art Dodge-Ram-Chrysler-Jeep facility. The successful candidate will begin by creating process driven results and duties including managing processes to keep the customer informed during and after the sale. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company. Most of all the candidate will grow our internal team to provide the highest level of service. That includes training and managing our sales staff.
