Outside Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative (Remote)

Are you passionate about kitchen design and sales? Do you enjoy building relationships and helping clients find the perfect solutions for their spaces? If so, we're looking for an Outside Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality kitchen cabinet solutions to contractors, builders, and homeowners in designated territories. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in cabinetry, home improvement, or kitchen design.

What You'll Do:

Generate Sales: Proactively seek out and engage potential customers, presenting our kitchen cabinet solutions and building long-term relationships.
Consult with Clients: Understand customer needs, style preferences, and budgets to recommend the best kitchen cabinet designs and solutions.
Develop Product Expertise: Learn about our cabinetry products—including materials, finishes, hardware, and customization options—to confidently explain their features and benefits.
Prepare Quotes & Proposals: Provide clients with clear, detailed pricing and project proposals, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with both new and existing clients by offering top-notch customer service and ongoing support.
Stay Market-Savvy: Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments to identify growth opportunities.
Report Sales Activity: Track and document interactions, leads, and sales progress using CRM tools, providing updates to the sales team.

What We're Looking For:

Sales Experience: Proven success in sales, ideally in kitchen cabinetry, home improvement, or a related industry.
Cabinetry Knowledge: Experience with kitchen cabinets or related products is a must—familiarity with materials, styles, and manufacturing processes is essential.
Customer-Focused Approach: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and provide excellent service.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently close deals and ensure win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
Self-Motivated & Organized: A go-getter who can work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Valid Driver's License: Willingness to travel within designated territories to meet with clients.
Bilingual (Spanish Preferred): The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus!

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: $45,000 - $175,000 per year (based on experience and performance).
Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with client visits as needed.
Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 to 10-hour shifts.
