About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our multidisciplinary design team in Murfreesboro, TN . This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including educational campuses, healthcare facilities, industrial parks, residential developments, and municipal landscapes . The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainable design, has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, design, and documentation of landscape architecture projects
Prepare site analysis, concept design, construction documents, and planting plans
Support senior staff in project management and client communication
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate landscape design with other disciplines
Conduct site visits for project assessments, construction observation, and documentation
Maintain awareness of local zoning, environmental regulations, and ADA compliance
Participate in community engagement processes when required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
0–5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
Experience with Land F/X, Lumion, Rhino, or GIS is a plus
Strong graphic, design, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
Licensure or working toward Landscape Architect licensure (preferred but not required)
