TES Staffing Partners with Premier Luxury Furniture Manufacturer – Now Hiring Experienced Millwork/Furniture Makers!
Location: Rochester, NY | Full-time | Direct Hire | Starting at $21/hr

TES Staffing is thrilled to partner with one of Rochester’s most respected and well-established  high-end luxury millwork and custom furniture manufacturers . Renowned for their craftsmanship, innovation, and design excellence, this company creates  custom kitchens, bars, closets, and detailed interior installations  for discerning residential and commercial clients.

We are seeking  experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Millwork/Furniture Makers  to join their talented team. This is a  direct hire  opportunity— you’ll be hired directly by the manufacturer  with immediate access to their outstanding benefits and growth opportunities.

️  What You’ll Be Doing:

• Interpret and build from  technical blueprints and CAD drawings .

• Craft high-end, custom millwork and furniture using  a variety of materials : wood, veneer, laminates, MDF, solid surface, and more.

• Operate woodworking machinery and tools with precision and safety.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

• Work alongside project managers and designers to  meet project deadlines and quality standards .

• Communicate proactively with the team about progress, challenges, and ideas.

• Own your projects from start to finish—some lasting several weeks or months.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members or apprentices when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience in millwork, cabinetry, custom furniture, or home construction.

• Mastery of advanced woodworking techniques, joinery, and finish sanding.

• Ability to read technical plans and use PC-based software to understand shop drawings.

• Familiarity with installing cabinet accessories, glides, doors, and specialty hardware.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the workday.

• Excellent organizational and  problem-solving skills .

• Professionalism when collaborating with  high-profile clients and team members .

• A passion for craftsmanship and pride in every project.
