Responsibilities:
-Utilize EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) for each shift.
-Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes.
-Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
-Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
-Monitor and document client health, reporting any changes to the care team.
-Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
-Transport clients to appointments or errands (if applicable).
-Provide medication reminders to ensure client health and safety.
Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years of age or older.
-For CNA positions: current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the state of Pennsylvania.
-Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
-Paid for by Neighborly Home Care: Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Tuberculosis test.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.
